1. Can you explain the pricing of the items and how we can chose the products?

We have chosen 5 gift options for physician gifts in different budget categories ($5, 10, 15,20, 25). When reviewing the gift options, the price you see includes the product, packaging, thank you card and postage – an all inclusive package!

2. So, we can choose our gift and you can handle the rest?

Exactly! Depending on what package you select, the one time fee includes all of the items mentioned – and it looks like you have put MANY hours into the process and design of this custom physician site. Our job is to make you look good!

3. How long will my site be active?

The site will be active for 120 days (from launch date). The physician shopping pass instructions will note a firm expiration date. You will also be able to access your daily redemptions.

4. How is my organization billed?

The package fee is due upon contract signing. When your products are selected, a 50% deposit will be invoiced. Once your site is up, you will be billed on a bi-monthly cycle based on orders received up to 100%. Each invoice will be accompanied with a spreadsheet of purchased items, shopping pass numbers and the physician ordering the product for reference. Once the 120 time frame is reached, all remaining products will be invoiced and mailed to you for distribution.

5. What if a physician received a gift that has been damaged in the mail?

 TheEmployeeMall will handle all customer service issues and exchanges!

6. How soon after the order is placed will they be shipped?

We guarantee shipping within 7-10 days from order placement.
